Paint the whole main floor
Basement bathroom (total makeover)
Deck
Fence
Remove part of the driveway behind the house
Carpet in the hallway
I'm sure there is more, but this is what we hope to get done this summer/fall/winter!! Sounds like we just moved in, but we've lived here for 10 1/2 years, we're just updating! When we moved in, that's all we had to do was move in...So now we update and add our touch to the house!! Keep you posted!!

Looks great Ara, u guys sure do a good job on reno's. Nice to say u did most of the work, instead of paying someone to come in and do it all. You guys do great work together!!
